Balance wise this made little sense to me. And I kinda figured there must be other mercs out there like us. So what would balance things out if SPECTRUM had a Strike Force after them- and the others didn't?

Amalgamation of Ruleset means that Spectrum is revived (ala the Domarians) in Voltron form.
Alternatively they weren't masoned, and must find each other to become Voltron.
The first is a bit more epic.....and fair if the other two groups don't have a goon squad on them.
